Co-FounderWith over a decade of experience as an Advanced Life Support Paramedic, I bring comprehensive knowledge and real-world insight into emergency healthcare, both as a clinician and an educator. Since 2018, I’ve worked in higher education, combining practical experience with academic expertise to help train the next generation of Paramedics and Nurses.
I’ve always been passionate about health promotion and the role that clear, relevant education plays in people’s lives. For me, it’s more than just a job, it’s a thread that runs through everything I do, both professionally and personally. When people are informed and confident, they’re better equipped to take care of themselves and support those around them. That builds the foundation of strong, resilient communities.
Whether in a classroom, on the front line, or out in the community, my goal is the same: to make health education clear, accessible, and meaningful. I want people to walk away feeling more prepared, more confident, and more in control of their own health outcomes.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to five curious, thought-provoking children who keep me learning every day.

Co-founderAs a dedicated First Aid Trainer and Assessor, I bring a wealth of expertise and hands-on experience to the field of emergency care and safety training. With a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine and a Certificate IV in Public Safety, I possess a solid academic foundation in emergency medical services and public safety protocols.
My career has been built on years of practical experience as a frontline paramedic and firefighter, where I have responded to numerous emergency situations, providing critical care in high-pressure environments. This hands-on experience has not only honed my clinical skills but also deepened my understanding of the vital role that first aid training plays in saving lives.
As a trainer, I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams with the essential knowledge and skills they need to act confidently in an emergency. I strive to create engaging and practical training sessions that are grounded in real-world experiences. My approach is hands-on and learner-focused, ensuring that every participant leaves equipped with the confidence and competence to provide effective first aid when it matters most.
I am deeply passionate about diversity and inclusion, and I have always gravitated toward male dominated sports and I’m now in a male dominated career.
This has made me acutely aware of the power of representation and when it is thoughtfully integrated, it builds confidence, dismantles barriers, and fosters positive environments and learning.
